Wow, has it really been so long since I updated this?

Since the last time I updated, I've started a new job at a publishing company. It's been taking up a lot of my attention and time, and though I haven't gotten much drawing time in as of late, I've been sketching ideas for pieces here and there. I have been working on a new piece, been letting this one develop veeerrry slowly...here is a peek at my initial drawing :

on an unrelated note, here's a new ambient/neo-classical band I've been listening to, I'm going to see these guys next month in Philadelphia on their tour for their debut album, beautiful stuff!
